Camelback Resort

Aquatopia was clean and well staffed, with polite, caring and kind employees. Very well managed. Bartenders were amazing! Loved the swim up bar. Rooms were spacious. Free laundry service. Fun daily events for the kids (donut decorating, sand art, silent disco, etc). Price of room includes access to the indoor water park.

Karen at reception was one of the friendliest employees I have ever met and explained everything thoroughly. She was a great representative of the resort. The hotel was more expensive than other Poconos hotels, but given that we were able to access the water park while we were guests AND the whole day we checked out, it was definitely worth the price. We only ate in the pool area and the arcade area, but the food was pretty good and very convenient. I loved having a La Colombe coffee shop on site. The room was spacious and very clean and modern. There was a decent-sized mini-fridge and a microwave that would allow for bringing one’s own food. We would love to stay again and try more of the activities. My kids had an amazing time!

The rooms were upgraded, nice & clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The food at Trails End was delicious!

The front desk associate was very helpful and worked with me to get a room close to my daughter and grandkids. Her name was CiCi and she deserves a big thank you for such great customer service. I tried for months to get our rooms close together but no one on the phone was able to help us. CiCi understood my circumstance and did what she could to help me.
