Great property, well taken care of. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Clean room and common areas. Good food. Entertainment options for all ages. Our room was close to the arcade/entrance to water park but we did not experience any noise. We used aquatopia the first day and did a couple of the mountain adventures (1000 zip line and mountain coaster) the second day. The water park was more crowded than we thought it would be for a weekend in the Fall but it was all ok. We will be back for the ski season.

The front desk associate was very helpful and worked with me to get a room close to my daughter and grandkids. Her name was CiCi and she deserves a big thank you for such great customer service. I tried for months to get our rooms close together but no one on the phone was able to help us. CiCi understood my circumstance and did what she could to help me.

The water park was very nice, clean, short lines. The craft activities were nice even the ones with extra charges. Staff was all kind and friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Wrist bands used to access rooms, no worries about losing a room key.
